Responsibilities

of this position will include:

• Estimate projects, including material take-offs, subcontractor pricing, all engineering and labor estimates, and work with Sales Engineering Manager to develop pricing
• Perform sales functions - develop scope of work and proposals, develop and assemble sales presentation documents, develop sales/marketing materials, arrange client meetings, arrange and perform lunch and learns or other presentations, present proposals
• Attend on-site project meetings as required by the GC, CM, owner, and contract holder
• Develop or assist in developing engineering documents as required to sell projects or develop technical proposals
• Perform project management duties and/or project follow-up on projects as assigned
• Review project plans and specifications, including plans and specifications to understand the scopes and requirements of projects
• Perform periodic site visits to review progress of a project to ensure that all schedules and deadlines can be maintained
• Meet with owner / end user of the installed systems to ensure satisfaction and compliance with the project specifications/scope
• Develop as directed new customer prospects in the market segments designated by Sales Engineering Manager
