Job Title: Inside Outside Sales Representative Company: Plumbers Wholesale Supply Location: Multiple Locations in Detroit Job Type: Full Time Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Compensation

: $60,000 to $125,000+ salary (based on experience), paid mileage, monthly bonuses, incentive bonuses, expense stipend, and signing bonus after 90 days.

Job Description

: We are seeking an experienced Inside Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for building relationships with customers. Plumbing experience is required.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving any issues promptly
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to promote our products
• Prepare quotes, provide specs, & follow up on pricing
• Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a wholesale environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Plumbing knowledge strongly preferred
• Computer Skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results driven
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
