Overview

: As a Store Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand on the showroom floor. You'll engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting furniture and homewares that fit their style, budget, and space. You'll drive store sales while providing a personalized shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers and provide product advice
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Process sales transactions and follow up on orders
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support

Requirements

:

• Retail or sales experience preferred
• English & Chinese bilingual preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and retail hours Employment Type & Schedule:
• Full-time, non-exempt (overtime paid according to law)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
