Job brief ELLA Furniture is looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Handling customer purchase paperwork and tracking orders.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Actively seek out customers in-store and online
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Handle returns and exchange of merchandise
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers

Requirements

Sales Associate skills

• 1 year of experience in "sales associates in furniture" is a very BIG PLUS
• Proven 1 Year experience as a Retail Sales associate, online sales, Sales representative or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Basic Math skills, Microsoft Office, Social Media and social media.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts Knowledge Skills Abilities
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of twelve months of sales experience or sales-related customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Cheerful, friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Written and oral communication skills in the English & Spanish language.
• Desire to succeed and excel.
• Bilingual skills are a plus. Work Location
