Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong understanding of retail sales, and the ability to assist customers with product selection and inquiries. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced retail environment, requiring excellent communication skills, sales expertise, and a friendly demeanor. Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
• Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and sales volume
• Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring shelves are stocked
• Assist with stocking, inventory management, and replenishing merchandise throughout the store
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback
• Perform cashiering duties including processing payments accurately and handling returns or exchanges
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting at all times
