Excellent Career Opportunity! Tegeler and Associates, a family-owned, statewide independent insurance agency, is seeking a customer service professional for our Lyman office to service property and casualty insurance policies.

Requirements

:

• Must already reside in or be a commutable distance to Lyman, WY
• Must have a Great Attitude and Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills
• Honesty, Dependability, Confidentiality and Attention to Detail are musts
• Minimum education of HS diploma, prefer Associates Degree or higher
• Computer and Technology Savvy
• Must obtain property and casualty insurance license within 4 months of employment

Duties

:

• Contact customers to sell or service property and casualty insurance policies
• Maintain and track existing and new accounts in company database
• Analyze customer needs, explain policy coverages, procure quotes
• Work independently, while part of a team, and adhere to all company policies and professional standards
