Full description of the position

Responsibilities

: - Strong understanding of the eyewear and eyecare industries. - 1+ years of optical sales and insurances. - Ability to sell with a high level of professionalism and skilled decision- making in an ethical business environment. - Willingness to 'jump in' and help customers and team members. - Ability to handle administrative details including call backs, emails, returns, etc. - A commitment to maximizing the customer experience. Skills: - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and colleagues. - Proficiency in math for accurate calculations for charges and postings. - Administrative skills for properly handling claims, software, electronic communications. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
