About the Role

We're hiring an ambitious Senior Sales Associate to join our showroom team. This is not a cashier role -- it's a consultative, commission-based sales career where your income is directly tied to your performance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, consultative sales support to customers shopping for furniture
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals
• Educate customers on product features, financing, warranties, and delivery services
• Maintain expert knowledge of product lines, promotions, and design trends
• Ensure the showroom is welcoming, professional, and customer-ready
• Mentor and support newer sales associates when needed
• Ensure sales floor is fully stocked, cleanly and in order
• Coordinate inbound deliveries from main warehouse, unloading and loading transfer trucks
• Maintain stock of sales floor and request transfers of products from main warehouse and upper management

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales experience (furniture, appliances, or other high-ticket items)
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $600.00 - $2,000.00 per week Work Location: In person
