Requirements

:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience selling roofing projects
• Practical, hands-on sales experience (client meetings, estimates, negotiations, and closing deals)
• Strong technical knowledge of Shingle, Metal, and Flat Roofing systems
• High confidence, charisma, and strong closing ability
• Excellent communication skills with customers and roofing crews
• Full availability by phone and messaging during work hours
• Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings and occasional late evenings)
• Willingness to travel up to 1 -1.5 hours each direction
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and customer service
• Ability to grow the customer base and increase sales volume We Provide:
