Car Sales Associate Archer Automotive has been in business since 1956 by providing excellent customer service and a family-like work environment. We at Archer Volkswagen are looking for an experienced salesman who is exceptional at sticking to the steps to the sale, relentlessly following up, efficiently closing deals, and promoting customer satisfaction and retention. Our ideal candidate has experience in working with internet leads as well as selling to unsold prospects. : - Prior Car Sales Experience (Volkswagen Preferred) - High School Diploma or GED - Unfailing drive to succeed and meet goals - Sales Associates are expected to beat their draw and meet unit minimums - Emphasis on customer service and satisfaction - Exceptional use of our CRM (Eleads) and associated follow-up - Clean record and approval to be insured Archer Volkswagen is an equal opportunity employer Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
