• Friendly, upbeat individuals with exceptional customer service skills and rapport building
• Ability to maintain knowledge of dealership inventory
• Confidence in creating a positive impression on customers with active listening to determine customers wants and needs
• Possess a positive personality who LOVE talking and interacting with people What you will do:
• Meet & Greet customers as they approach the dealership
• Check in customers via BDC/Internet Department upon arrival to show they are on the showroom floor
• Maintain a professional appearance throughout sales process
• Be a team player
• Communicate effectively with customers to fulfill their needs and wants No college education required. No experience necessary , but a plus on experience - will train the right individual(s). Bi-ingual a plus. MUST love working hard, being a team player and most of all making $$$$! Sky is the limit! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
