Responsibilities

• Engage with customers both in-person and via outbound calls to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of vehicles
• Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to maximize sales outcomes while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Upsell additional products such as extended warranties
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software and update inventory information regularly
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients through cold calling, networking, and community engagement
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism and product knowledge

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or B2B sales; dealership experience is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively

• Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer data management
• Knowledge of inventory control, retail math, and basic automotive specifications is desirable
