As a Customer Service and Sales Representative , you will play a key role in helping businesses make informed energy decisions while promoting satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business clients to provide information about energy plans, pricing, and service options
• Deliver exceptional customer service while executing B2B sales strategies to acquire and retain clients
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored energy solutions to meet customer requirements
• Process new accounts, service requests, and plan changes accurately and efficiently
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain professional communication
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and positive customer experiences
• Maintain accurate logs of all client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities
• Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and industry trends
