Overview

We're hiring Retail Sales Representatives to showcase AT&T's newest devices and services. You'll serve as a trusted guide for customers, helping them make confident choices, demonstrating technology, and ensuring every shopper leaves with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right AT&T wireless or entertainment solutions.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Accurately process purchases, answer account questions, and provide quick resolutions to customer issues.
• Consistently meet or surpass individual and store performance targets.
• Take part in training sessions to sharpen skills and stay informed on industry changes.
• Represent both AT&T and Mount Vision Inc with professionalism and respect at all times. What We 're Looking For
• Background in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented personality.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
