About the Role

: This is a high-impact sales role responsible for driving residential painting revenue for Destiny Painting. You'll manage your own pipeline, sell painting services, cross-sell additional offerings as opportunities arise, and oversee projects from sale through production. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a structured, performance-based environment with strong earning potential.

Compensation

:

• First Year Earning Potential: $50,000 - 80,000 (base salary + bonuses)
• Monthly Stipend: $425 for phone, vehicle use, and gas
• Paid Time Off: Flexible, with protocol approval

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sell residential and commercial painting projects
• Consistently hit revenue, margin, and bid targets
• Generate self-sourced leads while managing company-provided leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records, estimates, and proposals
• Execute the company sales process from pre-bid through post-bid
• Track performance metrics and report progress consistently
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth job production What We 're Looking For:
