You respond fast, qualify cleanly, price from simple frameworks, and close same-call whenever possible.

Responsibilities

• Speed-to-Lead: respond immediately to new inquiries; set clear next steps and timelines.
• Qualify & Price: identify scope, match the right package, and give confident, simple pricing.
• Outbound calls to past customers and older leads
• Close & Collect: secure the date on the call and take the deposit professionally.
• Follow-Up Cadence: use text/email/phone until win/lose; always set a next action.
• Pipeline Hygiene: accurate stages, notes, and daily revenue reporting--no loose ends.
• Upsells: move buyers up (e.g., roofline -> roofline + trees/bushes) when it benefits the customer.
• Tools: use your smartphone and computer for calls, texts, photos, calendar, and simple worksheets. Must-Have

Qualifications

• 1+ year inside sales or high-intent service coordination (home services, medical/auto retail, etc.).
• Confident closer with high empathy and crisp communication.
• Organized, competitive, coachable; thrives on clear targets. Nice-to-Have
• Experience selling home services or seasonally spiky workloads.
• Comfortable with basic spreadsheets and simple quote templates. Schedule

Requirements

• Work authorization in the U.S.
• Background check and drug screen. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
