Responsibilities

• Engage and build rapport with clients to understand their needs, whether they're searching for a dream sports car or a dependable daily driver.
• Present and showcase diverse inventory with confidence, professionalism, and product expertise.
• Negotiate and close sales with integrity while consistently meeting monthly goals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through follow-up, networking, and relationship management.
• Stay current on market trends, financing options, and product knowledge.
• Represent the dealership's brand with professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience (automotive, luxury retail, or related industry preferred).
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
