Job
Overview
Ready to build a high-six-figure career with a Seattle real estate leader? Join a premier Seattle-based real estate investment firm with over 20 years of stability and a Better Business Bureau (BBB) high rating. Our leadership brings 40+ years of experience across all facets of the industry--including wholesaling, lending, land use, and new construction development. For the past several years, our team has consistently grown, and we are looking for a hungry, action-oriented representative to help us scale even further. With multiple ways to monetize leads and access to adjacent commission streams, this is a role for a true entrepreneur who wants the backing of an established powerhouse. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a specific "DNA." If these three traits describe you, we should talk:
- Hungry: You are motivated by money and the desire to build a better life.
- Coachable: You have a high ego for performance but a low ego for learning.
- Action Taker: You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen. Experience Preferred:
- Proven track record in outbound commission sales (Solar, Roofing, Door-to-Door, or heavy Phone Sales).
- Experience navigating longer sales cycles and building deep trust with diverse personalities.
- Background in Real Estate, Title, Escrow, Lending, or Construction is a significant plus but not required.
- NO real estate license needed A Day in the Life You have the flexibility to make your own schedule. Our most successful reps operate during "peak connection" hours (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM) to ensure they reach decision-makers. Your activities will fall into four primary buckets:
- Research & Outreach: Identifying leads and initiating contact via phone and online channels.
- Relationship Management: Setting and attending appointments to build rapport and qualify opportunities.
- Field Work: Spending time in the community to make contact with existing leads and identify new opportunities on the ground.
- CRM Excellence: Maintaining meticulous notes and tasks to ensure no lead is left behind.
Key Responsibilities
& Goals
- Lead Generation: Generate new contacts and appointments weekly.
- Consistency: Aim for 1 qualified appointment set per day and 1 new contract per week.
- Problem Solving: Use creative financing and structuring knowledge (which we will teach) to solve seller problems.
- Integrity: Maintain high ethical standards while navigating sensitive probate situations
- Proactive Field Prospecting: Conduct strategic "door knocking" and in-person outreach to connect with property owners and heirs directly; you must be comfortable navigating face-to-face introductions to build immediate rapport and identify motivated sellers that others miss. Work Schedule &
Requirements
- Hybrid Flexibility: Work mostly from home with occasional in-person meetings at our Seattle office.
- Weekend Commitment: At least one weekend day per week is required, as this is often the best time to connect with clients.
- Time Commitment: Minimum of 25 hours per week. But to generate 6 figures of income you must be willing to commit 40+ hours per week.
- Financial Readiness: This is a lucrative, commission-only environment. Candidates must be in a financial position to sustain themselves for approximately 90 days as you build your pipeline from contact to closing. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $127,124.00 - $164,253.00 per year
