What You'll Do

• Hunt for New Business : Identify and engage small business owners via cold calls, referrals, networking, digital prospecting, and in-person visits
• Understand & Solve: Uncover each client's unique needs and offer tailored AT&T solutions that improve operations and communications
• Present & Close: Confidently pitch, negotiate, and close, earning high payouts for every signed client
• Own Your Pipeline : Track all outreach, proposals, and contracts in the CRM to manage your momentum and success
• Stay Sharp : Keep your clientele current on AT&T's latest offers, tools, and market trends. What We 're Looking For
• B2B Sales Minded Professional : Any experience in outbound sales (telecom or small business services preferred)
