This is a full-time, in-office position offering a guaranteed weekly pay , along with exciting opportunities for growth, bonuses, and paid training. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will be the go-to expert for customers seeking the latest in AT&T's wireless, technology, entertainment, and home improvement products and services. Your primary responsibility is to help customers find the devices, plans, and accessories that best fit their needs. You will represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and enthusiasm-- providing exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage effectively with customers, initiating conversations to understand their needs and build rapport
• Create a welcoming, friendly environment for both new and returning customers
• Provide accurate and detailed product information, explaining features, benefits, and uses
• Address questions and concerns to establish trust in our products and services
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized promotional retail area
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current promotions
• Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product expertise
• Collect and report customer feedback to support overall company growth

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation -- this is a full-time, in-office role in Detroit, MI
• Must be solution-oriented and coachable
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong work ethic and high motivation
• Excellent verbal communication skills
