Overview

This is a newly created position focused on expanding the Sales department and driving revenue within the Door & Gate Operators industry. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with strong technical knowledge who can support new business development, technical sales, and long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is motivated, independent, and customer-focused, with the ability to combine technical expertise and sales skills to achieve results. This role offers a competitive base salary, commission and bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package following a 90-day probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Door and Gate Operator products and related services
• Build credibility and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers
• Prospect for new customers and business opportunities
• Accurately document customer activity and discoveries in the CRM system
• Drive sales volume through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Meet with prospective customers to present products and services
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and learning events
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support customer retention efforts
• Educate customers on current and future product offerings
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, and successfully close deals
• Manage customer lifecycle from prospect to active account
• Monitor customer and industry trends to identify demand and opportunities
• Reactivate dormant accounts (18 months or older); reactivated accounts are commission eligible
• Maintain consistent communication with existing customers via phone and email
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date customer records and documentation
• Participate in weekly meetings with management to review performance and goals Core Competencies &

Requirements

Compensation

• Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
