YN Marketing Solutions is actively hiring motivated individuals for our Sales Management Trainee program. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates looking to begin a career in sales and management. We provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to help team members develop sales, leadership, and business management skills. Sales Management Trainees work directly with customers in partnered retail locations, represent client brands, and learn how to lead and support a sales team. This role offers clear growth opportunities for individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and maintain relationships with customers who are both interested in the product and are curious about learning more
• Utilize strong leadership skills to build a high performance, team environment
• Represent client brands in a professional manner at all times
• Shadowing senior management staff to gain leadership skills, develop a firm grasp of our company values, and enhance client knowledge
• Understanding and staying up to date with our current client promotions and brand
