We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager that will be focused on customer service for our business clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, hard working, and great at forming relationships with clients.

Job Description

includes: Customer Service:

• Customer Phone Calls - questions, endorsements, endorsement quotes, claims, etc
• Process Endorsements, Claims, Audits/Audit Disputes, Cancellations, Evidences, Certificates that require endorsements and/or wording
• Quote/Bind additional policies & coverages for existing customers New Business Processing:
• Review new business policies for accuracy against Producer Quote Sheets & Quotes
• Email/Mail New business letters
• Submit / Issue Bonds Renewal Processing:
• Monitor Expiration Lists to ensure policies are being renewed on a timely basis.
• Prepare Applications, Loss Runs, Questionnaires when required
• Check renewal pricing for increases
• Review renewal policies for accuracy
• Type renewal letters/emails
• Endorse / Renew Bonds ALL APPLICANTS MUST PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
