Wellness spa in South Philadelphia is seeking a responsible, mature, poised individual to join our front desk sales team. Be customer service oriented, willing and able to learn spa procedures, and work well with others. As a Spa Sales Associate, you will be the first impression of our spa, and welcome all spa guests in a warm, courteous and professional manner. Essential responsibilities include: - Sell memberships - Answer all questions about our services via phone or in person - Manage daily flow of spa operation - Opening and Closing duties - Utilize computer scheduling/retail software -Work as part of the team to ensure clients have a positive experience Job

Requirements

: - Basic computer skills including MS Office and online applications experience with Zenoti is a plus. - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Prior spa experience, as well as a background in sales a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
