Requirements

Active Alabama Property & Casualty License (Required) Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a client-facing role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A genuine desire to help people and understand their needs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort with technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base. Explain complex insurance concepts clearly and concisely. Process new insurance applications and renewals accurately. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement.
