Overview

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Residential Water Softener Sales Representative to join our team. This role is a mix of lead generation, door-to-door prospecting, and in-home sales presentations. The right candidate is a people-person with strong communication skills, a drive to succeed, and a desire to grow with a company that treats its team like family.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, community engagement, and local networking.
• Conduct in-home appointments and water testing demonstrations.
• Educate homeowners on water quality issues and present customized water softener solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships with a consultative sales approach.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Track leads, appointments, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Represent the dealership professionally at all times in appearance, conduct, and communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential sales, direct sales, or door-to-door sales preferred (but not required).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow up with leads.
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and face-to-face customer interactions.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or sales training preferred. What We Offer
