Position Summary

The Business Development Administrator plays a key role in supporting business growth by assisting with outreach, coordination, documentation, and internal processes. This position blends administrative responsibilities with business development support and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts, including outreach tracking and follow-ups
• Maintain and organize client, referral, and partner records
• Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications
• Track leads, referrals, and growth metrics
• Support onboarding documentation and compliance processes
• Perform general administrative duties as needed
• Represent Sunrise Human Care professionally in all communications

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or business development experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Experience in healthcare, human services, or home care is a plus What We Offer
