Inside Sales Representative (Base + Commission | Uncapped) Location: In Office Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is growing, and we're adding to our inside sales team to support increasing demand. We're looking for a driven, high- energy Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings. This role is ideal for a confident closer who enjoys working inbound leads, building relationships, and earning based on results.

What You'll Do

:

• Follow up with inbound leads and conduct outbound calls/emails
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Close sales and consistently hit monthly goals
• Manage and update prospects within our CRM system
• Collaborate with outside sales reps to build pipeline and close deals
• Conduct effective phone and virtual presentations
• Support the call center team as needed What We're Looking For:
