Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English/Spanish) St. Petersburg, FL - GEICO Local Office When you grow, GEICO grows. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Representative to sell auto, property, and other P&C insurance products. This is a high- volume sales environment with uncapped income potential and one of the highest close ratios in Florida. Why Join Us?

• Maximize sales opportunities by working leads, referrals, and other sources daily
• Call, email, and follow up with prospects to quote and close policies
• Counsel customers, cross-sell additional lines, and bind insurance
• Manage your pipeline in the company CRM and hit daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
• Be a brand ambassador, upholding GEICO's sales principles and team culture What We 're Looking For:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
• FL-440 or FL-220 license - required
• Strong phone, listening, and closing skills
• Coachable, persistent, and driven to exceed sales targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Consistent, punctual, and professional work ethic
