Modern Edge Construction is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our residential, commercial, and industrial client base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting clients face to face, and closing projects with strong earning potential. You do not need to be a trades expert. We provide training on our services. What matters most is your sales mindset, follow up skills, and ability to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Respond to inbound leads and actively pursue new business opportunities
• Meet clients on site to understand their project goals
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Follow up consistently and manage opportunities through close
• Coordinate with estimating and operations teams for smooth project handoff
• Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools
• Represent Modern Edge professionally in all client interactions

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales experience - Construction experience helpful but not required
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Self motivated organized and goal oriented
• Comfortable working independently in an outside sales role
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience
