Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products and services while providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Producer will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products to individuals and families
• Respond to inbound leads and follow up with outbound calls and emails
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge Experience
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• 1+ years of experience in insurance sales or a related sales role
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools, quoting software, and MS Office What We Offer:
