Sales Manager - Tint World Birmingham, AL Reopening First Week of January | Interviews in Progress Tint World Birmingham is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations as we reopen our Birmingham location in a high-traffic, affluent area. This role is ideal for a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast- paced environment and knows how to drive revenue, lead technicians, and deliver a premium customer experience. You will be supported by a 14-year seasoned franchise owner with 8 successful locations and an experienced leadership and operational support team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales operations and customer experience
• Drive revenue through retail, commercial, and fleet sales
• Handle customer consultations, estimates, and deal closing
• Implement proven sales processes and follow-up systems
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and delivery
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership or management experience
• Strong closing and communication skills
• Experience in automotive, aftermarket, retail, or service-based sales preferred
• Organized, accountable, and results-driven
• Comfortable leading by example in a hands-on environment
