About the Role

We are a locally owned insurance agency seeking a driven, organized, and coachable professional to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager- in-Training. This is a full-time, long-term career opportunity. We are specifically looking for someone early in their career who is motivated to learn, take ownership, and grow into a management role. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and licensing support. What You 'll Do

• Manage and service personal insurance accounts (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
• Communicate directly with clients by phone, email, and in person
• Learn insurance policies and explain coverage clearly and professionally
• Handle account changes, renewals, and client requests
• Organize workflows, follow-ups, and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree in progress or completed in:
• Business
• Management
• Entrepreneurship
• Hospitality Management
• Or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Insurance licensing is required and will be fully supported by our agency. What We Offer
