We are seeking a Inside Sales Rep for a growing company in the West Knoxville area. You will have to train in the Athens, Tennessee area for first couple of weeks.

: The company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality bedding products, committed to delivering comfort, durability, and innovation. We specialize in supplying mattresses, pillows, and bedding essentials to a wide range of clients, including universites, and camps to name a few.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing B2B accounts, including retailers, hospitality clients, and distributors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government contracts, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local procurement regulations.
• Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and pricing for government and large commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure client requirements are met.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote products and strengthen industry presence.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Experience with government sales, contracts, or procurement processes is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of bedding products and industry trends is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
