Automotive Accounting Specialist Expanding Dealership | Full-Time Our growing automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with dealership accounting experience who is detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Daily dealership accounting functions
• Posting and reconciling deals, schedules, and journals
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• General ledger entries and month-end support
• Reconciliation of dealership accounts
• Working closely with management and department staff
• Maintaining accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications

:

• Automotive dealership accounting experience required
• Service department accounting experience is a plus , not required
• Experience with dealership management systems (AutoMate, DealerTrack, etc.) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We Offer:
