One of the fastest growing independent insurance agencies in Martin County, FL is expanding and looking for a full time Personal Lines Account Manager to join the team. Our Agency provides personal & commercial insurance to our clients, representing almost all major carriers within Florida. We are seeking a qualified, professional to join our team. The individual should have the following characteristics and experiences:

• Minimum of 1(one) year experience within the insurance industry working with personal lines
• Withhold at minimum FL 20-44 Resident Property & Casualty License (2-20 Resident preferred)
• Ability to perform account activities such as, but not limited to, client & insurance carrier phone calls & emails
• Work closely with producers & team members in quoting policies, processing endorsements, ID Cards, binders
• Speak with clients to obtain rquired information to quote coverages, and review coverages with the client.
• Excellent communication skills (Written, Verbal, Listening)
• Self motivated, detail oriented, organizational skills
• Have the ability to multitask
• Work as a team player as well as independently Job

Duties

include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Quote coverages with direct carriers and prepare applications and work with proper E&S markets when needed
• Work with underwriters in obtaining proper coverages providing proper underwriting information to obtain quotes
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies, including reviewing coverage with clients
• Other duties as requested
