Key Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
• Present product features, benefits, and financing options
• Conduct test drives and build strong rapport
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and past customers
• Work with management to hit sales and delivery goals
• Utilize CRM tools to manage follow-ups and track customer interactions You 're a Fit If You
• Have strong communication & sales instincts
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Are competitive, motivated, and money-driven
• Are coachable and eager to grow
• Have BDC experience (preferred but not required)
• Have previous auto sales experience (preferred but not required)
