Job Summary

: We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced furniture store environment. The ideal candidate will assist customers in both English and Spanish, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and welcoming sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs in both English and Spanish
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the POS system
• Educate customers about ongoing promotions and financing options
• Maintain knowledge of products to effectively upsell and guide purchasing decisions
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked
• Assist with inventory management and basic merchandising
• Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

:

• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken required, written a plus)
• Experience working in high ticket sales roles (furniture, car, appliance)
• Customer service or retail experience in furniture environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per week Experience:
• Furniture sales: 1 year (Preferred)
