Compensation

: Hourly base + commission on every qualified closed loan transfer you generate

Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners and prospective borrowers
• Follow a simple script and identify interested candidates
• Transfer qualified leads to licensed mortgage loan officers
• Maintain accurate call notes and daily activity
• Meet minimum call and transfer expectations

Requirements

:

• Clear and confident phone voice
• Ability to stay organized and follow procedures
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
• Previous call center or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Reliable attendance and professionalism What We Offer:
