Key Responsibilities

- Sales

• Handle 100% inbound leads -- no cold calling
• Text, email, and call leads quickly and effectively to close sales
• Educate customers on the benefits of our premium fitness equipment
• Qualify customers based on needs, timing, and budget
• Maintain clear records in our CRM and follow up relentlessly
• Bring an energetic, team-oriented mindset every day

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after purchase
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, delivery timelines, and product questions
• Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve issues and manage expectations
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer concerns are addressed quickly and correctly
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and a positive overall experience

Requirements

• Sales-minded with the ability to close (previous experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communicator -- articulate, clear, and persuasive
• High level of availability and responsiveness (we can't stress this enough)
• Interest or background in health, fitness, or wellness preferred
• Self-motivated, reliable, and excited to work in a high-growth environment
• English required, Spanish is a big plus

Compensation

& Perks -

• $40,000-$60,000 base salary + uncapped commission
