About the Role

We're looking for an outgoing, polished Boutique Sales Associate who loves connecting with customers and helping them feel their best. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, professional, and stylish retail environment and enjoys meeting sales goals while providing a welcoming and educational experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and genuine enthusiasm
• Provide a comfortable, confidential, and inclusive shopping experience
• Recommend products based on customer needs, goals, and comfort level
• Hit and support sales goals through exceptional service -- never pushy
• Educate customers through professional product demonstrations
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately
• Restock and merchandise to maintain a high-end boutique appearance
• Maintain absolute professionalism, maturity, and discretion at all times

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail or strong customer-service experience preferred
• Comfortable discussing intimacy and sexual wellness in a professional manner
• Confident, outgoing, friendly -- with strong communication skills
• Motivated by sales goals and celebrating achievements
• Dependable, drama-free, and supportive of teammates
