Full description of the position

Mission: To provide the best machined components to our customers through superior performance while adding value at competitive prices. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Customer Service position specific responsibilities may include:

• Assist with daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Receiving and processing Customer Purchase Orders.
• Quoting customer parts and entering Sales Orders and Jobs in JobBoss.
• Purchasing and reviewing raw stock material from vendors and creating purchase orders as required.
• Schedule Jobs, finalize Sales Orders and closing Jobs.
• Work closely with other departments, including shipping and receiving, quality, production, and accounting.
• Customer correspondence and communication via phone and email to provide job status and any work activity required to help the customer maintain their quality and projected schedule. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma combined with experience and training.
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Possess a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
