You will play a key role in driving sales through effective merchandising, upselling, and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries and selections.
• Share product knowledge to educate customers on features and benefits.
• Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or restaurant store environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to perform merchandising tasks effectively while maintaining a clean work environment.
• A proactive attitude towards upselling products to maximize sales opportunities.
