Compensation

:

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Potential Performance Bonuses
• 1st Year earnings typically range from $55,000 - $78,000+ (depending on individual performance. Income potential grows as you build your client base and reoccuring revenue.
• Top Performers have the ability to exceed this range

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Sell a full range of Quadient mail automation equipment, software, and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Skills
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
• Proven experience in business development and B2B sales environments, especially within technology or software sectors.
• Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability in technical sales, understanding product features and translating them into client benefits.
• Proficiency in Saleschain or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines effectively.
• Solid analysis skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop strategic approaches.
