Automotive BDC Agent (Business Development Representative) Our Right Price Auto team is growing, and we are looking for you! What will your responsibilities be?

• Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries. Provide customers with initial product and dealership information. Direct customers to appropriate dealership resources
• Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
• Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
• Work closely with sales team to follow up with existing and potential customers via phone, text, and email.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily What do we need from you?
• Prior customer relations or BDC/Call Center experience is a requirement.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent telephone skills are a must
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
• Enjoy talking on the phone and willing to help customers. Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment What We Offer:

• $17 per hour + bonuses, pay may vary depending on experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Experience:
