We're opening a brand-new showroom in Livonia for Kaja Construction and Adore Remodeling , and we're looking for a motivated Sales Associate / Admin to be the front face of the business. This is a great opportunity to grow with a new showroom and play a key role in daily operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in showroom customers
• Answer incoming phone calls and text messages
• Respond to emails and online inquiries
• Follow up on leads, estimates, and appointments
• Schedule consultations and showroom visits
• CRM data entry and lead tracking
• Support sales and project managers with admin tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional showroom
• Provide excellent customer service from first contact to project start What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional, friendly, and organized
• Comfortable talking to homeowners about remodeling projects
• Able to multitask and follow up consistently
• Tech-savvy (email, CRM, basic office tools) Huge Plus (Preferred)
• Experience using or knowledge of ProKitchen Software ([please apply online]
• Prior experience with kitchen & bath contractors, remodeling companies, or showrooms
• Understanding of remodeling workflows (estimates, timelines, selections)
• Albanian-speaking
