Full description of the position

We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop and maintain off- premise accounts and help build lasting relationships with our customers. This role starts as a commission-based independent contractor with potential to transition into a salaried position based on performance and fit. The ideal candidate is:

Key Responsibilities

• Promote our products at off-premise sales locations, serving as an informed and enthusiastic brand ambassador.
• Establish new retail and on-premise accounts, while nurturing existing relationships.
• Educate accounts about our products and provide thoughtful recommendations that meet their needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and growth goals.
• Coordinate with production staff to communicate inventory needs and customer feedback.
• Work with delivery staff to schedule and confirm product deliveries.
• Assist in troubleshooting account issues, including draft system or keg return concerns.
• Plan, coordinate, and represent the brand at offsite tastings, events, and festivals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, cider-making process, and industry trends.
• Represent the brand professionally, positively, and knowledgeably in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the company's growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Off-premise sales experience (craft beverage industry preferred).
• Ability to obtain a Class 12 MAST permit.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (ability to operate company vehicle if required).
• Smartphone capable of handling sales transactions and communication.
• Physically able to engage in frequent walking, standing, and lifting (up to 60 lbs; occasionally move bbl kegs up to 170 lbs).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with draft systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of basic computer and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with cider, brewing, or beverage production.
