We are currently seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join our ground breaking team! We are passionate about our mission, our people, and our patients! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue through referrals to our outpatient centers.

Responsibilities

:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
• Conduct field rides with each representative at least 2 x per quarter
• Train and develop representatives on best practices to increase results
• Train new representatives to onboard in new territories.
• Oversee all sales and sales support staff.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in referral based healthcare sales required.
• Healthcare management experience required.
• Experience as a supervisor or manager required.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Sales training experience.
• Field coaching experience.
• Must live within NYC/5 boroughs.
