Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Landscape Irrigation and Lighting sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate databases, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales success through customer interactions and administrative work.

Duties

• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support the sales management team with administrative tasks, including managing databases, preparing reports, and tracking sales metrics.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes related to technical sales and installation of goods.
• Assist the sales team in lead generation and customer outreach efforts to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support to the sales team.
• Organize and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and training sessions as needed. Experience
• Proven experience in customer service or a home services field is required.
• Familiarity with direct customer and/or B2B sales is required.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Proficiency in using software tools for sales management and reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
