Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines insurance, a deep understanding of underwriting guidelines, and the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment. Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service, advocacy, and professional communication.
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy processing.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
• Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Conduct loss/claim analysis and prepare summaries.
• Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.

Requirements

• Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance.
• Software Proficiency : Experience with Epic software preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
